Spyderclub was established in 2008 as one of very few bike hire companies in the UK and we have been working closely with them from the start. Their USP compared to others in the sector were their membership based packages which allowed customers to purchase a subscription which would allow them to borrow any of the Super bikes as and when they wished.

As there business was so unique there was no existing platform which others had set as a benchmark to target. Which meant the website would require the flexibility of a changeable platform. The bespoke CMS system we built included a backend CMS which would manage the website content, backend administration for bikes, calendar based bookings and user membership. The frontend membership area allows users to securely login to their profile to check availability of bikes via the calendar based interface, and also check their remaining points, days, previous history and future bookings. Whenever members place a booking the system would automatically calculate the relevant points a take this figure away from their remaining points as a provisional booking.

We also integrated a blog to keep users informed of Spyder Club related news and later expanded this area to Tours and Events.

To keep in touch with existing members and potential members we integrated an email marketing system to allow Spyder Club to send specifically targeted emails to their users. The system allows them to track reads, links and bounces. Integrated templates allows them to create and send emails as they wish and there is no cost per email charge and they are able to send to unlimited numbers of subscribers and to multiple mailing lists.
